The Peaceful Heart Sangha of Fort Collins welcomes you to participate in our mindfulness community in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We strive to make our sangha a welcoming place for personal insight and fellowship. Although our practice has its roots in Zen Buddhism, we welcome practioners from all backgrounds. You are invited to participate with us in whatever way you choose. We only ask that you have the desire to practice mindfulness. We meet most Sundays from 4:00-6:00 pm. Our weekly practice includes shorter and longer sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, mindful speaking, and dharma study. We also have special events such as visiting teachers, days of mindfulness, and retreats. |
